Consulting

Designing and delivering bespoke training programs for your brand representatives:
in groups, on a 1-to-1 basis, and for different seniority levels.

  • We design bespoke courses that focus on your specific needs to build long-term rewarding relationships with High-End clientele. Learn how to connect with HNWI clients, close higher ticket sales and create upsell opportunities. In addition, we offer tailored technical trainings in gemology required to sell High Jewellery creations.

  • Ensure your team feels confident, prepared for the unexpected, and ready to take on any challenges presented at High Jewellery events or, if required we offer Anastasia’s attendance at the events to assist on site and in sales.

  • We work directly with your team to develop a communication strategy specific to their client book to set them up for success at High Jewellery events and High-End private viewings from action plan development and preparation till realisation and follow-up.
